Dr. Denise L. Wade is the Visionary of Daughters of a King Conferences. She is an Entrepreneur who is a Daughter of a King that Loves the Lord and Loves helping to serve others. She is an author of Six books and four of which are amazon best sellers. She has obtained a doctorate of ministry from christian Life School of theology. She is a licensed coach, speaker and teacher from JMT. She has had great Leaders, mentors and coaches for she understands the importance of investing in you and those that God will put in place to push you into purpose and destiny. Dr. Denise is a retired correction officer who prior to this job struggled with speaking in front of a large audience. God was setting her up having to have a housing unit with 76 women she had to consistently, make announcements this was a part of her training and purpose. She was not just and officer she was a counselor administering wise counsel. Everyone knew that she was a pastor and would ask for prayer and she would pray that their feet would never return to prison. Dr. Denise has also launched DOAK ACADEMY which is an online school where she pours out rich teaching to help others. She pastored for fourteen years from 2004-2018. She is looking forward to coaching to help others to receive all that God has for them and to see everyone walking in their God given purpose. She is and Apostolic/Prophetic voice for such a time as this. She stands on Isaiah 61:1-3 "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for His own glory." She is the mother of Dayana and Zani and the grandmother of Zamarion and Zyaire. She has instilled God and His word into her family and has set the foundation of Jesus Christ into their lives. She is building and creating legacy. Ready to finish all the work God has assigned for her to do. She is letting the Lord use her voice to encourage and teach on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Pastor Yashika V. Gossett (aka Pastor Shik) loves God and God’s people.God has an assignment for her life and she is willing to say yes to his will and walk in the purpose that he has set for her life. The prayer is that the ministry that God has given her, touches the heart of God’s people and that the anointing and spirit of the Lord changes lives. Yashika was born in Tarrant County, Texas. She was adopted from Tarrant County (adoption agency) at 16 days old and she and her parents, Charles and Edna Gossett lived in Tyler, Texas. At the age of 8 years old,
she and her beloved mother moved to Athens, Texas. Yashika is a graduate of Athens High School, class of 1999. She attended
TVCC and graduated with an Associates Degree in business. Pastor Yashika also went to college at the University of Texas at Tyler where she got her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2008. In 2009 she began a career protecting and serving the children of Texas. Yashika was introduced to the Lord as a child. While living in Tyler Texas she and her mother were members of College Hill Baptist Church. Upon moving to Athens, Yashika and her mother joined The Church of the Living God, Athens. This is where Yashika answered the call to ministry in 2006. Pastor Shik served as the youth minister at the Church of the Living
God for many years. Yashika is the proud mother of Travon, Mimi, and Lolol, God’s greatest gifts to her. She also has a bonus son, Trent’n who is near to her heart and she will always love as well. Yashika thanks God, He has been a way when it seemed like there was no way and for keeping her and her children in
his hands! Yashika thanks God for the family that she grew up with and she loves them with her whole heart. This year God allowed Yashika to come in contact with her biological
family, a dream come true and she loves them too!
Yashika is grateful for Bishop John Taylor III and Bishop Bernard Kimble. They have so graciously taken her in under BKIM (international ministries) as her father and “grandfather” in the ministry on the journey of Pastoring! Prior to full-time ministry, she served as an educator in several public school districts, working closely with at-risk and special needs students in underserved communities. Her work in education reflects her lifelong passion for empowering others to discover their identity, confidence, and potential.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Apostle Theresa experienced a deeper awakening to her apostolic calling as the need for spiritual guidance, prayer, and healing became increasingly evident. In response, she stepped more fully into ministry, devoting herself to teaching the Gospel, strengthening believers, and raising up disciples who will walk boldly in their God-given assignments.
Today, Apostle Theresa continues to serve faithfully with compassion, conviction, and unwavering devotion to the Word of God. Through preaching, teaching, and prophetic ministry, she is committed to cultivating a generation that is spiritually mature, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and prepared to bring transformation to their communities and beyond.
